Our team will enable you to create beautiful, healthy, affordable "green" homes and workplace environments. We continually research and evaluate efficient, healthy, eco-friendly building designs and materials to find the greenest of the "green" products, and filter through the greenwashing that has become so prevalent. We offer a price point for various budgets, and offer to the trade preferred pricing for design and building professionals. Consultations - Whether you are a trade professional, business owner or home owner, our Build It Green Certified Green Building Professional, Cynthia Grier, offers hourly consulting to suit your specific needs. Options include;
- planning meetings and needs analysis
- job site measurements
- blueprint takeoff for estimates
- flooring and tile design /conceptual layout
- eco healthy materials selection
- eco healthy finishes & materials specification writing for bid submittals
- casework and cabinetry design
- floor plans, elevations, and perspective or 3D drawings
INITIAL VISIT
1 hr free
with fully refundable $120 deposit when applied to a consultation contract. This meeting, on site or in the showroom, is aimed at assessing your needs, educating you on our services and products, and determining a working relationship.
HOURLY RATE
$ 120 HR
5 HRS OR MORE CONTRACT
$450 deposit at $90 hr Beyond the initial one hour free visit, we offer consultations on an hourly rate. Discounts are available on EcoLogic Life purchases if you contract for 5 hours or more of consultation.
DESIGN RETAINER
$ 2250 for up to 30 hrs at $75 hr
This option works well to give you a reduced rate for kitchen and bath remodels, where 30 hours or more will be necessary. Call or email us for details.

Healthy Eco Home Evaluation
1 1/2 - 2 hour. In home or business evaluation and consultation focused on your specific needs. You have 3 options to choose from;

A general evaluation on the condition of your home or business where we will identify areas for improvement and recommend your Healthy Eco Home Plan of Action. This evaluation covers building materials, moisture problems, mold and fungus, allergens, EMFs, VOCs, HVAC, energy efficiency and lighting.

A focus on a particular area of concern. We will evaluate this area in more detail and recommend your Healthy Eco Home Plan of Action.

A consultation and evaluation of your construction or remodeling project, and recommend your Healthy Eco Home Plan of Action.
